Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and TRAVEL ZING LIMITED ("TravelZing," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at travelzingli.com and the TravelZing AI travel planning assistant (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with TravelZing and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

TravelZing is an AI travel planning assistant that provides:

• An AI-powered trip planning chat.
• Personalized multi-day itinerary generation.
• A travel style and preferences quiz.
• Packing lists and trip preparation checklists.
• Local phrasebooks and etiquette notes.
• Budget splits and booking shortlists.

TravelZing is an informational and planning tool. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator, an airline, a hotel, a flight-booking intermediary, or a regulated financial advisor. Nothing produced by the Service is a booking, a reservation, a price guarantee, or regulated advice. Travel decisions — including whether a destination is safe, whether a visa is required, or whether a flight is still running — are your own to verify. You should consult official sources (government travel advisories, airline and accommodation providers, licensed insurance brokers) before relying on any information from the Service.

You are responsible for (a) keeping your account credentials confidential, (b) all activity that occurs under your account, and (c) promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. One person may not maintain more than one free account at a time.

• Pricing. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page at travelzingli.com/pricing. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable VAT or local taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
• Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance by our payment processor, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. One-time credit packs and custom top-ups are charged once at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current price for your plan. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is successful. You remain responsible for any amounts owed.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Price changes do not apply to the current prepaid billing period.
• Credits. Credits are TravelZing's internal usage unit and have no cash value. Subscription credits roll over for one billing cycle and then expire. Credits from one-time packs and custom top-ups do not expire while your account is active. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with credits from other programs.
• Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to, and not to allow any third party to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that exploits or harms minors.
• Submit another person's confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data without that person's consent.
• Use the Service to create content that impersonates another person in a misleading way.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or any technical restriction of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties as a service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by uploading malware.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated this section. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

You retain ownership of the trip information, preferences, photos, notes, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant TravelZing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to submit the User Content you provide and that it does not violate these Terms.

All software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials that make up the Service (excluding User Content) are the property of TRAVEL ZING LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

You may not use the TravelZing name, logo, or marks without our prior written permission.

Some outputs of the Service are generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems, including large language models operated by third parties. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or contextually wrong.
• Real-world travel conditions — including flight schedules, visa requirements, border rules, opening hours, prices, local safety, and weather — change constantly and must be verified against official sources before you rely on them.
• AI-generated content should be independently verified before you rely on it for any real-world decision, including booking travel.
• TravelZing is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
• Similar or identical AI-generated content may be delivered to other users asking similar questions. TravelZing makes no claim of uniqueness.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Stripe for payments and large language model APIs for AI responses. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party's terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. TRAVELZING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED. ANY TRAVEL OR FINANCIAL DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER THE LAWS OF SCOTLAND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL ZING LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF TRAVELZING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRAVELZING'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRAVELZING IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) £100 GBP (or the USD equivalent at the time of the claim).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TRAVEL ZING LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to prevent harm to other users or to TravelZing. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused prepaid portion of your current billing period on a pro-rata basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scotland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also refer disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or with a prominent notice on the Site before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and TravelZing regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
